Fixes the desktop file about being DBus-Activatable.

Side effects of having this variable enabled in the desktop file include;

  • No signs of appearance in GNOME
  • "The name org.telegram.desktop was not provided by any .service files" in KDE.

Also updates to version 5.10.0 since it just got released.

You should follow the pacscripts guide. If you want to make updates, please name title look like (upd(telegram-bin): old_version -> new_version).

@jimed-rand, there you go! Sorry for getting out of the guide, I was rather confused about what title to put since the initial one was a fixup.

You should follow the pacscripts guide. If you want to make updates, please name title look like (upd(telegram-bin): old_version -> new_version).

For old_version, change it with previous version on old scripts and for new_version, use tle latest version you got from sources, then you can explain some changes after you had using the right titles.
