#14 fixed.

You can now convert [[WikiLinks]] with #, ^ and | correctly.

Before: [[File#Block|Alt]] goes to [](File#Block%7CAlt)
After: [Alt](File#Block)

A paragraph reference one:

Before: [[File#^1f1e33|Alt]] goes to [](File#^1f1e33%7CAlt)`
After: [Alt](File#^1f1e33)
