Tasks checklist

  • Implement mixup reconstruction loss with the same decoder. Don't use the dropout parameter.
  • Implement mixup reconstruction loss with a new decoder, used to fit the generated pseudobulk data. Don't model dropout and output parameters of a Negative Binomial, or Poisson
  • Plots showing impact of the loss on deconvolution metrics.
