New: When MIDI track names use non-ASCII characters (non-English letters), these texts are now better supported. Note: This will depend on the locale of the Windows.
For example, GBK encoding will be used when using Simplified Chinese Windows, and Shift-JIS encoding will be used when using Japanese Windows.
This will make the support for MIDI track names compatible with FL Studio. In fact there is no uniform standard for encoding MIDI track names.
