Change Image is a Chrome extension that allows you to automatically change images on web pages that feature a user-defined string to other random user-defined images.
Open Chrome Extensions by visitng chrome://extensions
Enable Developer Mode (top-right corner)
Click "Load unpacked" (top-left corner)
Navigate to the folder where the extension files live and press OK/Select/Open/etc
