Ludwig DevContainer

This is a Codespace setup from a container ready for for experiment with Ludwig on Python 3.8

Throught a Docker file we:

• Create a container based on Debian 11 with Python 3.8
• Update and install Ludwig, Matplotlib and Seaborn

Next:

So, now you can run the demo.py script and inspect the results.
