Clarify Getting Started Instructions by breaking down each step and making an important step to build prior to the last step running the project.
Acceptable solution here will need to be updated in oqtane/oqtane.docs#20 as well for these instructions to be updated.
This should help with some build issues being reported. I suggest reviewing the blog instructions and approaching it the same way.
