First pass at a generic testing suite

This milestone is complete when we have tests that:

  • check whether all the available views can load
  • verify we do not have duplicate data in the db
  • verify correct database ("CRUD") behaviour
  • test that all identifiers (PMID/DOI) are valid
  • adapt the performance regression suite started in PyOpenWorm
