Add missing library to make the macOS distribution self-contained. Otherwise it relies on the host copy of libpq.5.dylib

This seems like a much better way to address #152 than installing PostgreSQL on the host. This may also address #136.

I've ran into this problem and the workaround in #152 did not work for me. When will this pull request be merged in?

Edit: I'm past this problem now. I did do "brew install postgresql" but that did not work right away or after rebooting my MacBook Pro. The problem persisted before lunch, and went away after lunch. It's almost like there was a background process that was not done creating symlinks. A human error was also possible. I'm attaching a couple of screenshots for the record. They contain timestamps.

We are going the docker route, making this PR obsolete
