Added the vowel strokes in Ireland Steno for people changing steno systems to easier transition.

Merge pull request #1 from percidae/gh-pages
For people who go from Ireland steno to Palantype or vice versa I added the corresponding vowel strokes in both system for easier transition.

This looks good to me, but people researching Palantype (independently as well as steno beginners) might not know what "Ireland" means. Maybe we can be more clear with something like…

  • Ireland (Steno)

And have a link away to some wiki page explaining what the Ireland layout is?
