Our release has the reference:
ghcr.io/openshift-pipelines/${image}
and by default ko does:
ghcr.io/openshift-pipelines/pipelines-as-code/${image}
so fix everything and pray it works 🙏🏻
Fix generating image on pr to add a pr- prefix to the tag.
