AMD.Xilinx Vivado Installation Problem: FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2 024.2_1113_1001_Lin64.bin Failing on Linux Mint - FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2: No such file or directory

I;m following the instructions in FPGA.docx to install the AMD/Xilinx Vivado FPGA Programmer.
I'm getting an unexpected error:

root@verilog-X555LAB:/home/verilog/Downloads# ./FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2024.2_1113_1001_Lin64.bin
bash: ./FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2: No such file or directory 024.2_1113_1001_Lin64.bin: command not found

Any Suggestions?

Hi Pete, Sometimes when you download the Vivado stuff, it does not come with the right permissions. Have you tried chmod 755 FPGAs_AdaptiveSoCs_Unified_2024.2_1113_1001_Lin64.bin, and then run it. I may not be understanding your issue, so I apologize in advance if I am not understanding the issue. FYI: others may have been able to use 2024.2 but I believe I had better luck with 2023.2. Thanks. I'm surprised I missed that. Sigh!

I got Vivado installed on both Ubunto and Linux mint systems.

I am working on using Vivado, I'm waiting for a Arty A7 board that I bought recently.
