If foresight is set to myopic in the pypsa-eur config, the manipulations are applied on all prenetworks on the pathway. If only one overnight scenario is created, the manipulations are only applied to this network
The function is kept in case we want to apply it again.
It is not created with pypsa-eur and therefore creates problems.
