feat: add django 5.2 support

Description

• Creating PR to add Django 5.2 support under the Django 5.2 upgrade effort.
• Created PR to resolve Add Django 5.2 support to django-user-tasks #413
• Ran the django-upgrade package to update the codebase
• Bumped the package version to 3.4.0 and updated the CHANGELOG
