  • add ping check for active inet connection
  • skip fetching apt packages, python packages and openWB version info if inet check failed
  • resolve time sync issues without inet connection

Ntp servers in dhcp reply will be used as default in RaspberryPi OS. So there must be a router with configured ntp server.
