https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet/blob/main/RELEASENOTES.md will also be updated later, right?
Yes, release notes will be updated as a follow up. |
It would be better to update the release notes first because NuGet ends up with a permalink. Example: https://www.nuget.org/packages/OpenTelemetry/1.11.0-rc.1#releasenotes-body-tab Sorry I didn't think of this before. Probably need to update the releasing steps to call this out. |
