• Version validation ([infra] Version validation in prepare release workflow opentelemetry-dotnet#5723)
• From [infra] Prepare release automation improvements opentelemetry-dotnet#5714:
  • Show who requested the release on the PR description
  • Add a command /UpdateReleaseDates which can be used pre-merge to bump CHANGELOG dates to whenever the command is issued
  • Show the possible commands in the PR description
• Some misc clean up from [repo] Stable version update automation tweaks opentelemetry-dotnet#5698 which was to perform git switch before capturing dependencies
