The following new features have been implemented in this PR:

configuration files for qconv parameters as described in the README
the ability to add multiple input files/directories both in the CLI and the config file
the ability to combine the input_file_path and input_dir_path options together
a check against repeated file inputs

Once this is merged, add one such config to the OS internal repo [1] so we can use it for lecture and lab quizzes.
