Requesting synchronization with BioPortal's latest 2.5.0 release.

Somewhat abbreviated release notes:

  • Added support for passing an ID when exploring links (PR 15 by Syphax)
  • Added unit tests for the changes introduced in PR 15
  • Synchronized with the upstream repository
  • Removed Ruby 3.0 from the text matrix
  • Updated the copyright year in the license text
  • Increased the version number from 2.4.0 to 2.5.0
