Displays notifications for incoming & outgoing phone calls. Will rewrite phone numbers on a web page as clickable hyperlinks to do call setup.
Will attempt to map a phone number to a Highrise contact and display the name of the contact in notification. Will log calls in Highrise.
Will attempt to map a phone number to a Zendesk user. Will automatically create and display tickets when incoming calls are answered. Tickets are pre-filled with basic details about the call.
