Regarding failure of Go Lintr for this branch:
The fix for that Go Lintr error has been done in the new pull request: #403
The reason we are seeing this Lintr error now is because the other pull request with the fix is not merged to main yet. Once we merge the fix to main, merging this pull request wont thow errors in Github Actions (Go Lintr).
