This Project includes the several Image Process and Machine Learning Method to seperate the 2 types of cell from a microscope image. The dataset includes the murine fibroblast cell and human hepatocyte cell. The data set taken from here https://bbbc.broadinstitute.org/BBBC026 . This work is not done yet.
