Measurements

  • Weight

  • Base Metabolic Rate (BMR)

Features

  • Connect to scale
  • Disconnect gracefully from scale
  • Offline measurements
  • Initial pairing (? not sure if this is needed, I wasn't the one setting up the scale)
  • Low battery alert

Initial support for ES-26BB-B (read weight)

This commit only adds support to read weight (in kg), it can't
figure out body fat or other measurements yet.
