This will set the tone for how to deal with other people, and infractions, in your online community. I would suggest adding a second email -

works basically, unless there are issues with one of of OKGrow's staff and the person wants to make sure it doesn't get to them. In that case, I think the CEO's or HR's email should be appropriate. I know it seems a bit corporate-y, but it will help users feel safer on GitHub.
