add missing versions of nu_plugin_explore (#88)

## Description
adds versions `0.92.0` and
`0.92.3-c06ef201b72b3cbe901820417106b7d65c6f01e1` of `nu_plugin_explore`
that are missing from _registry_.

> **Important**
> this will likely create a conflict with #86 but i wanted to have that
plugin added, it's too useful 😉
