feat: support sentry v8.0

This enables support for Sentry versions 8.0 and above.

The following changes have been made:

• The @sentry/hub package got deprecated. Most functionality is available in @sentry/node now and types are in @sentry/types so those are added instead in the newest version
• Handlers.parseRequest doesn't exist anymore. Instead this uses extractRequestData now (see ref(node): Move request-data-extraction functions to@sentry/utils getsentry/sentry-javascript#5257)
• This also causes the old options not being available anymore. You can now only specify include (https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/blob/615c670cfe283e77132339c3d9751060f30d3956/packages/utils/src/requestdata.ts#L148)
  Which is "An optional array of keys to include in the normalized data. Defaults to DEFAULT_REQUEST_INCLUDES if not provided". I kept the old options in the interface for now. I can delete them though if it makes sense and we could provide an alternative to the consumer of this library
• The Sentry integrations aren't classes anymore, they are functions instead. So we use them now (see https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/blob/develop/MIGRATION.md#removal-of-class-based-integrations)
