ci: Enable sysbuild Kconfig compliance checks

Pull in the new checks added to sdk-zephyr. Of these, make sure that only `SysbuildKconfigBasic` is enabled, just like with `KconfigBasic`. Signed-off-by: Grzegorz Swiderski <[email protected]>
