sm_cwx_enable_loadout
allows players to receive custom items. If disabled, players will be unable to receive items through the loadout system, and any equipped custom items will be removed on resupply. However, players can still use the menu to select items to be applied in the future if they have access tosm_cwx
(see Command String Overrides).
