title: Inventory

I think the best way to organize this is this way

## Accountable property
POC: CLB
What: this will include Hard drive list and any equipment lists
Maybe: would be good to have everyone's lists here too (e.g., Jess has some drives on her list now, and maybe ST600s?) But would be good to know who has what assigned computer.

## Lab inventory
POC: CLB/BMK/JLC
What: The is the lab inventory - will include supplies, all equipment (whether on accountable property list or not), And it would be good for this to also serve as the to purchase spot somehow

## Master data drives inventory
POC: CLB/EKB
What: THis is sort of the same as accountable property - but are those drives that got taken off the list and should continue to be tracked. Eric has already sorted the drives into boxes. Do I want to have a sensitive data list for those I have locked up??

An inventory page is highly recommended to keep track of equipment, loans, and gear beingin the field. This can be a link to a Google sheet or embedded in the website

Include the following information on this page

- Lab safety
- Field safety
- Link to your centers safety website
- Incident reporting directions
- Chemical inventory (if applicable)
- Lithium battery safety
- This is an essential section to include if your lab uses these. Work with your lab safety manager to develop handling and storage instructions. See [SAEL lab manual lithium battery page](https://sael-swfsc.github.io/SAEL-lab-manual/content/Safety_Lithium-Batteries.html)
- [SAEL Lab Example](https://sael-swfsc.github.io/SAEL-lab-manual/content/Safety-Lab.html) & [Glider Lab Manual](https://swfsc.github.io/glider-lab-manual/content/best-practices.html#safety)
Could also be divided into

## Chemicals

Lithium Batteries (But opening AURAL with alkalines could also be dangerous)

## Physical

## Psychological safety

or

## Lab safety

POC: JLC, BMK, SLG What to put here: Do we have a guidance document for how to work safely in the lab? Also what requirements we have for storing chemicals and batteries/storing close to ceiling, etc. Also link to wherever our list of chemicals are (Maybe the Katie Luxa sheet). A link to all current MSDS sheets too? Link to the AFSC safety/incident reporting page (Include cheat sheet here)

## Field safety

POC: CLB, JLC, SLG, DLW, BMK What to put here: How to work safely on back deck - when deploying/recovering; how to carry things safely; climbing safety; Link to the incident report page (maybe a cheat sheet on this page?).

## Interpersonal safety

POC: JLC, SLG, BMK, DLW: What to put here: Link to the safety at sea and harassment and psychological safety. List of contacts

## Lithium battery safety

POC: JLC and CLB - not sure where to put this because it is a Lab and field thing. -

The Passive Acoustics Group is part of the Cetacean Assessment and Ecology Program of the Marine Mammal Laboratory at the Alaska Fisheries Science Center.

I think we will want to split this into Manolo and my groups - we function independently, with different instruments, and field and analysis methods.

## Required Pages

In order to keep consistency between science centers, the following sections/pages will be required in all lab manuals. These will be directly linked to the National PAM Repository. The links will direct you to the associated template page with more directions on what to include.
