Input smoothing

As mentioned in the last release, this was a known issue with the output jumping between out put values of 2 neighboring curves if they didn't start where the other one ended (more info in #2). This should fix that - with my limited testing capabilities, everything seems much more solid now.

First release

This is the absolute earliest version I felt comfortable releasing, as I've been tweaking and chasing bugs up until now. Not to say there aren't any here that I already don't know about, but this version of the code is very usable 99% of the time and has been tested quite a bit.
