• Draft: Adding new worker which uses PSI/J to run tasks pydra#694
• Fix DaskWorker and add GitHub Actions workflow for Dask tests pydra#686

@djarecka - For the Workers section of the tutorial do I need to add code cells which run on binder notebooks? Or just the syntax to run each worker?
