- Convection flag now a boolean in cfg
- Fixes/improvements to data downloader script
- Some optimisations
- NCDatasets calls now wrapped to only absorb debug calls, while Errors and Info can go through.
…ctor convection cfg flag. NetCDF library now wrapped with debug-absorbing logger only. Avoid extra allocations
