Johan Nuker v1.3

Updated a bit of the interface, added a hider command that changes the bot's online/offline status, and added target mode which you can use to target specific servers (that way you can nuke them while using commands in another server, if the bot is in both servers of course so it can see the messages and do what it is told). As always there are also some bug fixes and whatnot.
