Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

There is a known issue running unicycler 0.5.0 (see: nf-core/bacass#177 and rrwick/unicycler#221).

Describe the solution you'd like

The problem seems to be fixed by updating unicycler version to 0.5.1.
