For my Master Thesis I analyzed the amplicon sequencing data of cutaneous bacteria, fungi, archaea, and eukaryotes in four specimens of the black olm subspecies and nine white olm specimens from the phylogenetic lineage of Ljubljanica river and Dolenjska lineage.
