Update build to npmjs

Proposed changes

This updates the module to push a build to npmjs instead of as a github package.

• Updates package name in package.json
• Adds publish to npm workflow
• Updates readme to indicate change
• Introduce version bump script
• Update i18n script
• Manually merge cli po files with existing
• remove unnessecary english po/mo/json language files
• bump to version 1.4.7 (with script)

Also published the package to npmjs already manually. See https://www.npmjs.com/package/@newfold/wp-module-ecommerce

The imports in plugins can be updated to @newfold/wp-module-ecommerce in place of @newfold-labs/wp-module-ecommerce.
