5.0.Direct access to the UK Biobank data
Thanks to the agreement between NeuroHub and UK Biobank, NeuroHub users can have direct access to the data on the Alliance Canada.
To access the data, you will need an Alliance account and a Compute Canada Role Identifier (CCRI) associated with that account. More information on requirement access can be found here based on your role.
If you did not submit your CCRI when first creating your account, contact [email protected] and send it to us.
Once we have your CCRI, you will be granted access to the data. You can verify that you have access by checking your groups (login to Beluga and type groups
; you will see cq-ukb-neurohub
when you have been correctly added).
For any questions or issues related to the registration process for accessing the UK Biobank data through the McGill agreement, please contact the NeuroHub team by email at [email protected].
For any questions or issues specifically related to accessing the NeuroHub portal or using any of the NeuroHub features and functionalities, please contact the NeuroHub team by email at [email protected].
