feat(Solution): Major solution refactor. Upgraded to NET 7.0 [skip ci] [skip hint]

* fix(Solution): Removed the Serialization.Json project and moved it instead to abstractions as the default serializer
feat(Solution): Added a new Serialization.NewtonsoftJson project 

* Added Data, Data.Infrastructure, Data.Infrastructure.EventSourcing, Data.PatchModel, Mediation and Mediation.FluentValidation projects

* fix(YamlDotNet): Renamed YamlDotNet services to Yaml, in order to emphasize the fact it is meant to be the default YAML serializer
