Claiming fails when trying to do it as documented, but succeeds when doing it from the WSL command line.
This used to work

The issue turned out to be the same as netdata/netdata#15036, which was resolved by netdata/netdata#15042

A patch release is scheduled for next week. We'll then update the msi-installer as well and close this.
