Please update README.md to make it clear if "Rooms IDs" guid value is meant to be used or if we use the real world name shown in the dashboard?

Please also make it clear if quotes or * are required in TokenID an Rooms value.

Thanks, I just made an update that hopefully clarifies it.
We seem to have an issue with claiming presently, see #35
