2. NEST Travis builds

   • builds are taking lots of time causing Travis to flag 'fail's

   • total of 10 builds:

     builds	target
     7	python2
     1	python3
     1	gcc
     1	clang

   • create staged tests

   • need to consider cross dependencies, but limited time on Travis requires cut-down of combinatorics.

   • run regression tests in all cases

   • PRs #1039 and #1057 need to be merged

   • Refactoring of testing-mechanics

   • also add one build for OSX

3. NEST Wikipedia page update

   • all open mails handled
   • RNG issue escalated

4. Review of NEST User Mailing List

5. Review of open Github Pull Request

   • huge change in documentation structure PR #1041
   • half of the PRs discussed

6. Review of open Github Issues

   postponed (end of meeting time-slot)
