Added Helm charts to support cluster deployments:

  • neo4j/neo4j-cluster-core
  • neo4j/neo4j-cluster-read-replica
  • neo4j/neo4j-cluster-loadbalancer
  • neo4j/neo4j-cluster-headless-service
  • neo4j/neo4j-standalone: changed the default address for backup to 0.0.0.0: this is to allow backup from an external pod.

All charts are updated to use Neo4j 4.4.0. (Release Notes)
