🌎 External changes

• Bundle ZFS v2.2.2 as a DKMS module.
• Enable serial console for all boot options, including Memtest86+.
• Add EFI boot progress indicators for kernel/initramfs/system stages.
• Polish issue(5).

🏠 Internal changes

• Increase xz(1)'s memory limit to make multi-threaded compression possible during the make_setup_mkinitcpio build step, and fix a bug in the build script that would overwrite mkinitcpio_comp_opts.
• Fix path to the GPL v2 license file in the build script, which broke with the removal of /usr/share/licenses/common by version 20240115-1 of the licenses package.
• Print headers and done vs. skipped indicators for each build step.
