Workflow with five widgets

Issue

Create a workflow which uses all five widgets from Burke's dramatistic pentad. Requires harmonization of the output of these five widgets.

Description of changes

1. Harmonized the column names of the output tables of the means, settings and purpose widgets
2. Added sentence_id column to the output table of the sentence widget

To do:

• generate text output table for actors and actions widget
• create verb clusters in actions widget?
• finish integrated workflow
• describe new workflow in tutorial
