README.FIRST와README.win32는 libmemcached-0.53에는 있었지만 arcus-c-client에서는 존재하지 않는 파일입니다.(initial commit d148fa3 에서 제거되었습니다.)
따라서
EXTRA_DIST에서 두 파일을 제거합니다.
