Why not. I've received no issues so far, so let's just go ahead and release it!

Best Practices Version

We're using SemVer now, so breaking changes will up the big number. I'm doing this in addition to moving to the PSR standards and setting it up for composer.

Maybe more people will be able to find and use this. I have not tested the code, but it should work properly.

I'm tagging this as a pre-release as it's untested. I hope to write some tests to cover functionality, make sure everything is still working properly, and then release 2.0 proper.
