Professional with a degree in Nursing and specialization in Health Audit and Compliance. Currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics and a Master's degree at the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo (IPUSP) in the field of Experimental Psychology. Proficient in interpersonal relationships and teamwork. Great ability to analyze a problem and find practical solutions that require logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Knowledge in areas such as Programming, Database Management, Python, Agile Methodologies, Data Wrangling, Spatial Analysis, Text Mining, Web Scraping, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization Models, and Change Management, using statistical software and programming languages (JASP, JAMOVI, SPSS, and R). Intermediate knowledge in Clinical Research.

I also have experience in the field of supplementary health accreditation and strategic management, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), utilization of Business Intelligence (BI), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and ECM - Enterprise Content Management. Additionally, I have worked in customer service, administrative sectors, and nursing care.

Currently, I am researching the influence of the academic environment as a community on the dimensions of Critical Thinking and Self-Efficacy among postgraduate students at the Institute of Psychology of the University of São Paulo (IPUSP) 😉🚀.
