This is a demo GUI for article 'A Deep Learning Algorithm for Automated Image-based Local PASI (IL-PASI) Measurements'. Iimage-based local PASI (IL-PASI) represents the severity of psoriasis shown in the photo where only part of the patient’s skin is displayed. The IL-PASI GUI provides three models (Segnet (HiRes), Unet (HiRes), Pspnet (HiRes)) for area index prediction and one model (Multitask-CNN(HiRes)) for severity index prediction. Please read the article for more information about IL-PASI model.
- Download or clone the IL-PASI repository
- Unzip the IL-PASI.tar.001
- Run IL-PASI.exe
- Open a psoriasis image and click 'predict' to get the IL-PASI for the input image.
The psoriais image should have a light background like white.
