MERN project for a simple social network. It uses MongoDB, Express, React and NodeJS to build a fully functional minimistic linkedin clone

Getting Started

There are two methods for getting started with this repo.

Familiar with Git?

Checkout this repo, install dependencies, then start the process with the following:

> git clone https://github.com/nabendu82/social-network.git
> cd social-network
> npm install
> cd client
> npm install
> cd ..
> npm run dev

Not Familiar with Git?

Click here then download the .zip file. Extract the contents of the zip file, then open your terminal, change to the project directory, and:

> npm install
> cd client
> npm install
> cd ..
> npm run dev

This project is deployed in Heroku here.
