This updates all Cargo dependencies to the latest version and fixes most (if useful) clippy lints, and otherwise disables them. I also ran cargo fmt (more accidentally than wanted) over it.
Sorry for the noise/large amount of changes. I originally only wanted to update skia because of a deprecated python2 dependency, but fell into a rabbit hole to update all the dependencies (and fix clippy lints...), well...
